We recently bought a house along Highway 50, a sale that would not have gone through without Dale. The inspection revealed a failed septic system, and Dale came to the rescue. He was personally very responsive over the phone and by email, no small feat while doing jobs in an area with poor cell coverage, and the fact that this is a very busy season for septic work. Given the difficulties of the site (small lot, steep slope, big rocks) other installers told us we probably couldn't fit a new system on the lot. One of the other installers didn't even return our calls or emails after seeing the site. Dale on the other hand, worked with us to find a practical, affordable solution. In short order he checked the existing leach lines, provided a detailed and reasonable quote and cost breakdown for a new system, identified all potential problems at the site, and connected us with an excellent geologist/designer he had worked with in the past. Best of all, Dale was was extremely efficient and prompt with all of these steps so that we could proceed with the house purchase confidently and close on schedule. When it came time to perform the work, the process could hardly have been easier for us. Dale took care of all permitting and design modifications quickly, dealt with the constraints of the small and hilly job site without damaging anything, and excavated and removed some enormous boulders. His work showed he was very considerate of how we hope to use our yard. The job was completed less than a week after we closed our home purchase, ahead of schedule and on budget. Working with Dale has been a remarkably positive experience, especially considering the busy work season. We'd urge anybody in this area to go with Dale Miller without hesitation for this kind of specialty work. There's a reason he came so highly recommended to us, and we pass along those same views.
